Anaplan connect issue
I am trying to execute import action using anaplan connect from windows server. When I am executing batch file it throwing error - "workspace not found for workspace Id XXXXX.
Same batch file running fine on my local machine. Please suggest.
If working on local but not server then the first thing I would check is firewall:
I realise its not the exact same error but you will need to reference Anaplan connect manual and whitelist the addresses0
You will need to check with your IT team to whitelist domains and see if they can open port 443 (they will know what this means).
Additionally check with them to see if the server environment passes through any proxies.0
