It is very likely when you uploaded the file originally, you took the default file security which is Private instead of changing it to Everyone. When the file is uploaded with Private security permission, it is only available for 48 hours.

i have three version YEP 1, YEP 2 and Budget. Only YEP 1 and YEP 2 have the option to select mapping. Budget is fixed mapping. How do i restrict the selection to only show YEP 1 and YEP 2
