I entered and cross checked my data inputs and formulas. The conditional formatting is not functioning.
Please help
You will ned to find the data where there is an override to see the CF .In my example below, I tested it by changing the overide and you can see the Conditional formatting being applied.
You can check you data for Nutzo Bar_En, Candyate Week 2 FY20
The conditional applies where there is an override and the amount has been override
Did you manually click the override button or the conditional formatting did that?
Conditional Formatting does not change data. It just formats the cells based on the conditions.
I did the override manually to demonstrate it.
