@Sravan_Kumar I might be wrong on this but something similar happened to me when I finished the level 2 modeling cert.
You have to wait until someone approves your test results, usually within 24 hours. Or, you can send an email to academy@anaplan.com.

I had the same issue, just have to wait a few days or contact anaplan and it will get sorted!
