Is there any way to find a Tenant ID if you don't have access to the Administrator panel and aren't a Tenant Admin?

May I ask why are you needing the tenant ID? I am not sure that is available if you are not a workspace admin. But, if you need a workspace ID (this is really all you need) or model ID, you can find that in two places:
It's now possible to use the additional insights to have dynamic filters, however the columns in the table are fixed widths.
