Please help how we can synchronize the time period in the column by selecting the year in the page selector.
Our page layout is worksheet.

You can set a time to appear in page selectors by going in the "Select View", when you click Next the options on the left appear like allow editing and your hirearchies:
Select the add context selector and time options will appear in page selectors.
The only issue is that you are going to have the selection by month, (as in boards, publishing a second grid with the needed dimensions in selectors workaround doesn't work here and filters to the time selector can't be applied).
But choosing a year will work and your sheet is going to be updated.
