Why do we need a time setting module as system module when we already have a dimension of time? I am a beginner in Anaplan so please pardon if my question is basic.

Hi, User Story 1.3 includes the words "I will also be able to see the previous years actual revenue data moved forward to the current year (FY20)…" what does this mean by "…moved forward to the current year (FY20"?
