Date selector for French (France) language

Hello,

Is it possible too have monday as first day of the week instead of sunday for the French (france) language.

Funny thing I noticed in Chrome : if switching you language set up to French (NOT the same as French-France) you have the expected result (weeks starting on Monday).

The problem is that French (France) seems to be commonly preset over here...
