Level 2 Activity 1.5.8.1 - Create Saved View for DAT03 Module: How to setup filter?

I need to get the following desired view:

However, when I try to setup a filter, I am getting the following dialogue box, which enlists 'Time' in it:

Can anyone tell me that why am I getting an additional 'Time' filter?

My current model looks like this:

    Can you please check if your SYS13 module has Time dimension in it. It SHOULD NOT have Time dimension in it. Filter should work

    Filter to be applied for saved view on DAT)# module & not SYS13 module.
