Hello @Danish95, Your mapping looks fine.I think this links will help you.

There could also be a problem in selecting the Data header and Data row in the first window of mapping.

Everything that is on the first link you sent me is the same. Do I need to maybe change anything in the options area in the time tab?

my data header is 2 and data row is 3 so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I figured it out by changing the model calendar to this:

Let me know if I need to change these settings back at all.

If you change the time settings from here, There is a possibility of data loss.However you may need the time settings be set to FY20 jan 20 -Dec 30 with 1 past year and 1 future year. Attached a link for your understanding.

Change the time settings and import once again, you are good to go!
