There could also be a problem in selecting the Data header and Data row in the first window of mapping.

Everything that is on the first link you sent me is the same. Do I need to maybe change anything in the options area in the time tab?
my data header is 2 and data row is 3 so I don’t think that’s the issue.
I figured it out by changing the model calendar to this:
Let me know if I need to change these settings back at all.

If you change the time settings from here, There is a possibility of data loss.However you may need the time settings be set to FY20 jan 20 -Dec 30 with 1 past year and 1 future year. It worked for me..! i just followed the below steps
Step 1 : After importing the file, under "Header Row" change it "2" and make sure "First Data Row" is "3"
Step 2: Use the following mapping and click 'Run"
