I am following all steps but it doesn't work properly.

@Markcol FYI I have moved your post to the Academy & Training forum.
I would recommend a couple of different ways to trace through the logic of your formula to find out where the issue is.
Option 1: In blueprint view, break each part of the formula out into a separate line item. In grid view, change your selectors to point to a specific Employee, and then review the result of each line item to determine where the results do not match what you expect.
Option 2: Click on a cell where the value doesn't match and use the Drill Down functionality to trace through the values that are driving the result.
