Level2- Sprint1- 1.3.8 model to model import

-unable to import parent country column in G3 Location list from saved view - build location.

Please help me out to resolve the same.

You're super close there. I think you've created a staggered list which is confusing Anaplan into thinking that you are re-using the same name as the parent. My suggestion would be to rebuild the lists, region first, then country, then location. Always use CODE as the identifier.

Makes sure your saved view looks like this:

Region

Country

Location

I was directly importing data into location and forget to import data of parent lists. Issue is resolved.

i have a similar issue despite following instructions, the country list does not pick up region. the instructions say do not add parent but the list is set up with a parent field and the source data for country has region so it is confusing as you get errors if not mapping to parent? i have a support ticket 00545277
