Try using the codes for SKU and Location instead of the Names and for Time, give Match Name a try.

It’s saying invalid date or timescale identifier
Change it to Date on the Time Mapping tab.
tried that also didn’t work. When i also tried the custom format of mmm-yy this is what i got.
Give this a shot, change it back to Periods, but change it to Y-M. The reason I say this, if you look at the first picture, it is YYYY-MM so you need to have the years and months line up.
