I am a self learner for MB 1&2. Has been about 2 months and because of my daily things I am not sure I will finish on time(90 day ). Is there any possibility to re-schedule?

I know someone that was in the same position and was unable to get an extension recently. Nevertheless, I would recommend you to email support@anaplan.com for more information.
As a last resort, you could reapply once the period is over, but your files will be lost.
