Try for logout and log in again. If not worked and facing same issues, mail to anaplan community support for fix that.

Could be dependent on your computer and what browser you're using.
I've got an i5 24gb RAM- so this laptop will melt a desk, but I was running this on a Chromebook i3 4gb RAM and frequently had to wait a minute or two for the videos to load.

I would try the following
Clear browser cache
Try incognito mode
Try different browsers
Close apps not required
