Announcing an improved Anaplan Community experience, launching soon!
Anaplan Community is excited to announce it is moving to a new platform and adding new capabilities to elevate the member experience. Launching in mid-December, the new Community experience will include upgrades such as content personalization, a simplified process for user-contributed content, new badging/rewards, and more.
Since its inception, Community has grown exponentially in membership and content year-over-year and, as a result, now requires a more scalable solution. The new platform was selected for its ability to support the continuous growth of our Community, as well as our goals to enable the technical skills of our ecosystem and facilitate peer-to-peer connections.
More than 50K members (including customers, partners, employees, and other ecosystem participants) visit Community each month to interact, participate in user groups and events, seek solutions, and contribute to discussion boards, blogs, technical articles, and Idea Exchange. Community is also the communications hub for the Certified Master Anaplanner program, Center of Excellence leaders, and user personas.
Community members can rest assured that their user accounts, contributions, group memberships, subscriptions, and badges will migrate to the new platform. In addition, starting in mid-December, the member experience will begin to include:
- New badging and rewards program
- Ability to personalize home page content through subscriptions
- Simplified process for contributing blogs, articles, and other content
- Improved navigation for content discovery
- Categorization of ideas within the Idea Exchange
Change is hard — we understand. We’re working thoughtfully and diligently to ensure a seamless transition for our members, and we’ll provide a dedicated space for you to share your feedback and ask questions after launch. Your experience matters most, and we’re excited for the future of the Anaplan Community!
