A Knowledge and Engagement account is a different login from the Anaplan platform. It provides you access to Anaplan Academy, Anaplan Community, and Anaplan Support. Follow the instructions below or download the PDF to register for an account.

Email the Academy help desk (academy@anaplan.com) with your old email used for login and your new email to update your existing account.

Step 1: Go to
https://support.anaplan.com/create-account
Step 2: Complete the online form
The Community username must be 20 characters or less.
Email address must be lower-case letters.
Step 3: Activate your account
You will receive an email that contains an activation link. Make sure to finish the activation.
Create a new password and select the security images. The click the "create my account" button.
Step 4: Finalize Your Activation
Log in and start exploring Anaplan Academy, the Community, and Support to get the most out of your experience.

Enter your email address after creating your account, hit the "Next" button and enter your password.

- Your go-to place for Anaplan answers, collaboration, and growth — an opportunity to connect with and learn from the global ecosystem.
- An online space for Anaplan users to ask questions, get help, and engage in various activities to further knowledge and adoption of Anaplan’s platform.
Anaplan Support -

- All-in-one support hub that provides users access to stay up to date on product updates, find step-by-step guides or connect and learn from others.
- Centralized location to open or monitor cases with real-time notifications
