Automatic status updates for line items

We are looking for functions for the following

When a new item is added to this module, I would like to know the function that automatically sets "Americas" to the "Region" item.

下記の通りフォーミュラを入れて頂くと自動的に"Americas"が入ります。
'G1 Region'.Americas →　'リスト名'.アイテム名
