Improve Context Selector NUX

Hej,

The context selectors should be improved in following ways

1. As a User, I need the upper levels of a hierarchy in the Context selector to freeze when scrolling. This is so that I always can understand where inside the hierarchy I am when selecting the the item to display.
2. As a User, I need the Font of upper levels of a hierarchy in the Context selector to be formatted differently than lowest levels. This is so that I better can distinguish the different levels of the hierarchy when selecting the the item to display.
3. As a User, I need the ability to expand and collapse levels of a hierarchy in the Context selector. This is so that I more easily can view the part of the hierary which i want to navigate on using the context selector.
