Use Case: - Functionality to Delete a user account at Tenant level does not disable.

Problem: - For system integration in any organization there should be way for delete the user if user leaves the organization.

Please implement this function. Our organization changed domains, which meant we had to duplicate all users because the email addresses changed. We are now out of compliance because we are using too many licenses, but there is no way for us to remove the orphaned users. We need a way to delete users in bulk, based on some condition (in this case, the domain in the email address).
