NUX - Card Title and Page/Context in single row instead of stacked

Problem Statement

In transitioning from classic to NUX, we've observed that cards with titles and visible page/context selectors assigned to the top of the card create a lot of unnecessary whitespace due to the way in that they're stacked.

Given the NUX is already larger than classic as it is, it becomes excessive when you introduce more than 2 or 3 cards with a similar setup.

Ideally, we'd be able to have them both in a row, similar to classic (see below) so we're not wasting already precious whitespace.

Given we already have a setting to move the page/context between the top/bottom of card, being able to choose stack vs.. single line would be useful.
