Hide Background on Grid Cards

Turning off the background on text/action cards has allowed us to create clean/smooth dashboards, but the backgrounds around Grid cards which can be extensive for expanding grids makes dashboards look ****/unprofessional (for lack of better phrasing). It would be nice if for any card but primarily for grid cards that we could remove the backgrounds similar to how they're done for other card types.

Much like the removal of backgrounds from Text/Action Cards, please create the option to turn off the background outside of a grid (or the background altogether) so that we can have clean boards/pages.
