Include logs for Model Level Changes such as Renaming

In as much detail as possible, describe the problem or experience related to your idea. Please provide the context of what you were trying to do and include specific examples or workarounds:

Someone has changed a model name which has inadvertently broken our integrations as the name is referenced in code.

While this was resolved quickly by renaming it back, we were unable to find out when and who changed the name. There are currently no logs in Tenant Admin and Model History that indicated this change.

What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?

By adding history logs at the model level, admins will have better visibility of events that are happening with the models.
