Planning for an impactful year: Community Bosses share their 2025 goals!
Whether you’re in recovery mode from the holidays or goal-setting mode for 2025, it’s time to start thinking about what you want to accomplish this year! To inspire you, five of our Community Bosses volunteered to share their plans for the year, what they hope to work on and achieve, and goals they are setting for themselves. Jared Dolich (@JaredDolich), Solution Architect at Stitch Fix
My 2025 goals will be to: 1) Inspire 10 certified modelers to become solution architects and beyond, 2) Start a Community challenge blog for the Anaplan Retail Group, and 3) call me crazy, but I'm going to invent a reliable method using Ruby on Rails to raise events inside of Anaplan so we can honestly claim Anaplan has on-demand processing (no batch processing). A few of my goals for 2025:
- Enhance Anaplan capabilities by utilizing advanced Anaplan features like PlanIQ, ADO, Management Reporting, and Workflow Automation.
- Drive innovation: Identify new use cases in our data analytics customer reach and add value where required.
- Build Anaplan expertise: Mentor others and expand certifications — Looking forward to Certified Master Anaplanner.
- Advocate for the Anaplan ecosystem: Promote Anaplan culture and collaborate more with the wider Community.
Miłosz Kierepka (@M.Kierepka), Senior EPM Consultant at Keyrus
As we head into 2025, I’m eager to take my Anaplan journey to new heights! As I am mostly focused on data integration, my main goal for the next year is to optimize some integrations using Anaplan Data Orchestrator. But "backend" is not everything — there is so much more that came this year to UX that even though I had some contact with the new features, I still need to experiment more. So, Hierarchy Chart and Workflow (which I am just implementing in a more complicated use case!) should allow me to streamline analysis and enhance the processes for more efficient decision-making. And my ultimate goal is to finally finish my Python Anaplan API library and publish a longer piece about it on Community. I can’t wait to see how Anaplan continues to evolve in 2025!

Throughout 2025, I want to focus my efforts in Anaplan across two areas — continuing to build out my team and provide them more opportunities to grow in their careers, and optimizing and bringing out new solutions to planning problems the business faces. The New Year provides a fresh opportunity for us to collaborate even more closely with our business partners, and continue to make a positive impact to their planning processes. With the new solutions, I want to take advantage of the platform enhancements that Anaplan have released to put us on the leading-edge, e.g. ADO to streamline our data integration processes.
Sammy Aglago (@saglago), Solution Architect at Anaplan
My goals for 2025 include:
- Ensuring best practices for successful innovative applications.
- In May 2024, I joined Anaplan working within the Supply Chain Applications Team. Not long after I begun using Anaplan, way back in 2015/16, I had this idea of making it possible to provision off-the-shelf pre-built applications alongside the very flexible build-it-yourself blank canvas offering. I am therefore very thrilled to see this idea flourish and to be part of its implementation.
- My goal therefore for 2025 is to continue to add to the amazing work being done by the Products Team in coming out with the most innovative applications and their successful implementation for customers.
