Add "Previous Value" and "New Value" to History Log for Changes to Contents Settings

The ability to hide modules from users is key to security setup. In many cases, I cannot use the Role based security to prevent users from entering or changing data in a Data module, because I need them to be able to import data from the Data Hub with an action. Using the Contents Settings to hide those modules solves that problem. However, because this is a control point for our SOX team, we need to be able to run a History Report from time to time to show changes that have been made to the Contents Access. Currently, all that shows up on the history log is that there was a "Role Change", not what it changed to or from…which is not very helpful. Frankly, having the "Previous Value" and "New Value" for any security related and formula changes would be extremely helpful. Saying that there was a "model change" without the details really doesn't help a lot.
