Tenant Audit Log - Usability

Make tenant audit logs more readable, showing when a user is added and what role has been assigned.

Currently, the logs appear encoded with user IDs and lack details on what role changed.

Can we have a history log for tenants like the individual model history logs?

When adding a user to a model, the default access is 'Full Access' - would be much more secure to have 'No Access' as default and then have to proactively assign.
