Show all data labels in graph

In the NUX, line chart will not show data labels that are within 0.5% of each other or bar graphs that are within 3% of each other. This is a big issue for reporting purposes in the apps as it's hard to compare various KPIs and metrics to each other in the same period. This primary affects business/end users. We need a solution to show all data labels/fit all data labels into the graphs.
