Update the users screen, so the last user does not keep scrolling off the bottom.

When we add a new user to a model it adds it on the last line of the users list.
Then scrolling with a mouse or using grey slider, it only scrolls to the penultimate user.
The last item is not visible unless you click on the penultimate and move down using down arrow.
Then, if you scroll right or left, it disappears again…
It's quite annoying, especially when you add a new user, and want to scroll across and add details for access.

As soon as I touch the scroll bar the last user disappears…

This happens for ALL users where the user list is longer than 1 page.
Can we move the last row up so it fits in the window perhaps?

This has been an issue for the last 9 years, this probably isn’t the first post about this. I can’t recall if it’s still an issue but this happens to new line items in modules as well. I wholeheartedly support either a solution to show all users or having new users appear at the top instead of the bottom.
