Survey Invitation: 28th Annual HR Systems Survey by Sapient Insights

In anticipation of the 28th Annual HR Systems Survey conducted by Sapient Insights Group, Anaplan is soliciting customer participation to inform the research via online survey. Ideal candidates will be current Anaplan customers familiar with their organization’s HR and especially workforce planning practices and supporting systems. Survey is now open for participation through June 25, 2025.

The survey is recommended for anyone familiar with their organization’s HR and workforce practices and supporting systems (including planning), as well as those interested in sharing their vendor experiences and giving back to the community. All responses are confidential and only used in aggregate results. 

The survey can be quite lengthy, but our hope is that you, at minimum, complete the Analytics & Planning section - 10 to 15 minutes if you focus on this section; access easily via the Table of Contents. 

Other survey topics include: 

  • HR strategy, process, and structure 
  • HR technology adoption in all applications 
  • HR practices in Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning 
  • HRIS governance & organization structure 
  • Functional & HR tech support services 
  • Deployment roadmaps, resourcing, and budgeting 
  • Implementation, maintenance, and integration of HR Tech platforms 
  • Change management and adaptive leadership practices 
  • Emerging and innovative technology and trends 

The full survey takes approximately 15-60 minutes to complete and may be forwarded to other team members for additional feedback and knowledge sharing. In exchange for your time, you will receive the following:
