As an Anaplan UX Page Builder and Ender User,

I need the Apps area display app META DATA columns such as:

Created By
Creation Date
Last Modified By
Last Modification Date
App Type
App Version

So that it is easier for me to manage the Apps under my Anaplan Tenant.

App Type information should be editable only by the Page Builders.
App Version information should be editable only by the app creator with the Page Builder role
