Ability to Default Close the Additional Insight Panel in Worksheet

Description:
Currently, the Additional Insight panel in Anaplan worksheets is set to open if there are cards in the additional insight pane.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a setting or toggle that allows page builders to default the Additional Insight panel as closed for a worksheet. This could be implemented as:

A toggle similar to the ones that exist when configuring cards today
A button similar to how cards in the Additional Insight pane can be opened by default or hidden by default

Benefits:

Streamlines UX setup for large Apps with many worksheets
Improves initial page load clarity for end users
Reduces manual effort and ensures consistent presentation across pages
