Currently, when using tables in Anaplan Decks, the space is very limited, and comments or notes attached to cells often exceed the visible area. This makes it difficult for users to see the full context or explanations tied to the data.
The challenge is that:
- Row height cannot dynamically increase based on the amount of text or comments.
- Increasing the height uniformly to accommodate the longest comment causes the table to spill over and negatively impacts layout.
- There is no option to enable word wrap or cell wrap to show multiline text or comments effectively within a single cell.
A "Cell Wrap" or word wrap feature in Dashboards and Decks would allow text within cells to automatically wrap into multiple lines, improving readability without impacting the overall structure of the table drastically. This would be particularly useful where comments are crucial alongside numerical or categorical data in reports.
