We have recently identified a potential issue in the Anaplan platform related to workflow deletion not being captured in the Tenant Audit Logs.
While the creation and modification of workflows are being appropriately logged, we have observed that deletion events are missing from the audit trail entirely. This gap poses a significant concern from an audit, compliance, and traceability perspective, particularly in production environments.'
It opens the possibility for production workflows to be deleted without any trace, which goes against core principles of good model governance and accountability.
