In as much detail as possible, describe the problem or experience related to your idea. Please provide the context of what you were trying to do and include specific examples or workarounds:
When presenting visualizations in Anaplan, users often try to hover over lines/bars/points in the chart with their cursor to point things out but, by default, it isolates that line/bar/point and sort of grays everything else out. I get the idea behind it and I like that you can do that from the legend, but it's very frustrating to users when they're trying to move their cursor around the graph/chart and it keeps highlighting specific things on there and graying out everything else.
How often is this impacting your users?
Every day and especially when presenting in meetings.
Who is this impacting? (ex. model builders, solution architects, partners, admins, integration experts, business/end users, executive-level business users)
Business/End Users & Executive-Level Business Users
What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?
Change the default to not highlight whatever your cursor is hovering over unless you're doing it in the legend.
Please include any images to help illustrate your experience.
