Workflow process logs are archived (i.e. deleted) after 6 months. This delay is too short because it occurs before the internal audit for the year is completed. This renders the log useless for internal control purposes. As a workaround, we need to download the log, save it elsewhere and take screenshots to obtain the timestamp.

Stop archiving the log after such a short period. They should be available for at leat for 18 months so it is available until the internal audit is completed.
