NUX Notification about upcoming platform maintenance, or current platform status

I would like to propose an additional notification within New UX about upcoming platform maintenance, releases, or about current platform status (from status.anaplan.com).

It could look something like this

The purpose is to allow users to see the upcoming outages, or current platform status especially if there is degradation in performance in progress.

This will allow users to respond and plan their work around scheduled utages or come back later when incident is resolved.
