I would like to ask about the specifications for the Workflow Process Log.
Background
We have confirmed that the Process Log, which can be viewed via Explorer > Workflow > Process Log, is no longer visible after a certain period (approximately 3 months).
However, we have received feedback from users that this retention period is too short. Therefore, we would like to confirm the detailed specifications of the Process Log.
Questions
Could you please advise on the following points?
1.What is the maximum number of Process Log records that can be displayed?
2.How long are Process Logs retained and visible on the portal, and what are the retention periods for the Log table and archived logs?
3.Are these retention periods and/or record limits configurable (e.g., via a request or through the Settings screen)? If they cannot be changed, is it possible for the development/DevOps team to extract the logs and share them with us upon request?

If these retention/display settings cannot be changed, we would like to request additional development/enhancement to extend the retention period
