Need to kickstart a new report based on an existing one? Our Copy feature on the home page makes duplicating your Disclosure Management documents incredibly simple and efficient.
When you copy a document, it intelligently replicates everything — the complete structure, all segments, objects, properties, workflow definitions, users, and assignments. You also have the flexibility to:
- Manage tags: Include existing tags or define new ones for your master document.
- Handle data sources: Either link to the original data sources or create fresh copies. If you choose to copy data sources, you can specify a new folder and a naming convention (e.g., prefix with "FY26" or replace "2025" with "2026").
Please note: If the specific text you wish to replace isn't found in a data source's name, the system will apply your replacement text as a prefix instead.
