Anaplan Data Orchestrator
- More reliable updates for cloned links
Cloned links that use a different mapped dataset now only update when you choose to refresh them. This ensures that changes from the parent link are applied intentionally, giving you greater control over when updates are reflected in your cloned links. - Greater flexibility when importing CSV files
You can now define an escape character for file-based connectors, including AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage, and SFTP. This provides additional control when working with CSV files and helps ensure your data is interpreted correctly during import.
Disclosure Management
- Apply consistent table formatting in seconds
Enhanced formatting rules in Anaplan Disclosure Management now allow you to import predefined table styles directly from a template document. This makes it easy to instantly apply consistent, professional formatting across all Disclosure Management data tables, saving time on manual adjustments and helping standardize the look and feel of your reports.
Workflow Advanced: Batch approvals
- Streamline large-scale review and approval processes
New enhancements to Workflow Advanced make it easier to manage review and approval processes involving hundreds or even thousands of submissions.
Key improvements include:- Faster submission creation: Users can quickly create multiple items (such as budget, headcount, or promotion requests) and submit them into independent approval flows with minimal effort.
- Flexible approval configuration: Builders can configure which processes use bulk approvals and which require immediate approvals.
- Consolidated email notifications: New email templates group multiple approvals and actions into a single message, reducing inbox clutter and helping users focus on what needs attention.
- Improved review experience: Approvers can view, review, and take action on all submissions awaiting their approval from a streamlined review interface.
