New features - Grid design - members/dimension location in the Excel sheet

Hi,

With an other Excel Add-in, I was able to select the cell I wanted to put the dimensions/members.
I was also able the select the cell where the data restitution begging and if I need to have empty columns or rows between headers and data :

Do you know if this kind of feature can be develop on Anaplan XL Add In ?
