Dynamic Card Sizing - Boards & Reports

There should be more resizing options in the UX. It would be nice if Page Builders could control the default, and end-users can dynamically adjust.

Idea 1

The ability to resize the grids/graphs/sections on the fly. I imagine this similar to when a second card is expanded on a worksheet, the user gets the ability to change the size of the upper and lower cards on the Worksheet
I imagine this in a board, either on individual cards, or in the 'row' where multiple cards are on, like how a Page Builder does a current resize

Idea 2

The ability to configure (Page Builder and End Users) to 'collapse' or 'hide' cards, or even sections, and then expand them to the original size if you want to see the grid.
This would allow control over sections are expanded or collapsed when a user first opens the page.

It would be very useful to have an option to change the model at the App level. Currently, we need to switch models individually for each page, even when they all belong to the same model.
