The Oracle connector further expands Anaplan’s integration capabilities by bridging your Oracle database with the Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO). This connection makes your data readily available for downstream processing in your Anaplan models, supporting accurate, data-driven planning and decision-making.

We've designed the Oracle connector for straightforward configuration. Rather than complex setups and long implementation timelines, the process involves a few clear steps to connect your live data. Ongoing management remains practical as well. Whether you are updating credentials or modifying setup parameters, the interface facilitates efficient and routine connection management.
Connection configuration and security
To establish the connection, you need to provide your standard Oracle credentials, including Username, Password, Host, Port, Service Name, and Schema. The connector supports TLS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit. This secure setup is further reinforced by a digital CA certificate installed on the server, ensuring your information remains protected from unauthorized access at all times. For the connector to use the CA certificate, you must first decode the Base64-encoded CA certificate into PEM format.
Direct data flow, total transparency
With the Oracle connector, data flows straight from your database into the Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), where it's ready to be channelled into your Anaplan models to fuel your plans.
