Setting a Report Property to Determine Which Sheet Is Displayed Upon Opening
When a file is saved, the report currently opens to the specific worksheet that was active at the time of saving.
Unfortunately, this does not meet our requirements.
If a report is saved to the repository—and the first sheet happens not to be the active one at that moment—we require that, upon the next opening of the report, the first sheet be displayed, rather than the one that was active when the file was saved.
The proposed solution is to offer an option within the report's properties:
Start Worksheet:
- The worksheet that was active at the time of saving (Default)
- Always this specific worksheet: _________________ (User input or selection field)
- Always the first worksheet
