Our report books are currently being run in a workflow. The only available outputs of report books are excel, however, we present to management in PDF format. This creates a lot of manual lift as each report book has to be exported (or emailed) and converted to PDF before sending to the end user and we have upwards of 32 report books, with increased scale expected.
These are monthly reports that are run multiple times during each monthly close, so the lift of just printing to PDF can easily result in hours of additional work each month. The main impact is on admins and end users.
An ideal solution would be to add a conversion to PDF either in the workflow or directly as an output option in the report book within the workflow.
