Due to internal audit politics we need to increase the time limit to keep more data in the Process Status report. Unfortunately Anaplan FCR Support has confirmed this is not possible and we have been requeste to open a new Idea (Case number: CS0043048):
"Unfortunately at present there isn't a way in the product to configure the the Process Status report to retain logs for more than 21 days. I suggest that you log this as a request on the Idea Exchange, there is more information on how to this below.
Please note you can now add your own ideas on the Idea Exchange on Anaplan Community. Please add all FCR enhancement requests under the Application ideas section. This will ensure that the Anaplan FCR Product team are aware of the ideas created."
