Cell based commenting needs to be a priority in Anaplan UX. This experience should be similar to excel/google sheets where you can right click, comment, and have a conversation. The exchange should be available in Audit or model history.
How often is this impacting your users?
Every time they login to Anaplan and use the UX.
Who is this impacting? (ex. model builders, solution architects, partners, admins, integration experts, business/end users, executive-level business users)
all users: end users and executives during their processes, and model builder/SAs/partners for having to make bad workarounds or tell people it is not possible.
What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?
- can be opened by any user.
- users can be tagged so they get notified.
- comments/replies can be added to the initial cell comment.
- cell with discussion can be identified clearly (compared to cell without discussion)
- all module's discussions can accessible from one feed, with read/unread status, with reference to related cell
- available in Audit or model history
- option to be included in any snapshot/bulk copy
Please include any images to help illustrate your experience.
