As soon as a connection is invalid (user has no access, model is offline, model is refreshing…), none of the connection are available. AXL is not refreshing at all.
The idea would be that if a connection is not refreshing, it does not stop the refresh of the other connections.
Connection 1 : Active
Connection 2 : Inactive
