Enable Drag-and-Drop Reordering of Saved Views in Views->Manage Views

Problem Statement

As a model builder, when working with Views→Manage Views within a module, there is currently no option to reorder saved views by dragging and dropping them into a preferred sequence.

Over time, modules can accumulate a large number of saved views used for reporting, integrations, exports, and end-user processes. Since the view order cannot be managed easily.

Suggested Enhancement

Introduce a drag-and-drop functionality within the Manage Views dialog that allows model builders to move saved views up or down and arrange them in a desired order.
