Workflow permissions

Hi,

As mentioned on our ticket CS0045337, workflows don't work accordingly the beaviour.

If the creator of a workflow quite the company and the workflow is parametred to work with the trigger permission — we always disable the option "Run with origin user" — it has to work, such as cloudworks work.

The change of ownership is not an option when you have many workflows.
