If there is one place where having "sticky" selections is going to cause someone an issue its in CLEAR
Any chance that this can be an exception and resets to a default ALL (which presumably is also subject to a validation to prompt for at least some members to be specified)?

Every time the access the new module after using it previously
Who is this impacting? (ex. model builders, solution architects, partners, admins, integration experts, business/end users, executive-level business users)
All users with access to Copy/Data module / Maintenance
What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?
Always open the module with <Null> selections and prompt the user to specify at least some key dimensions (as used to be the case in the old form based solution)
Significantly reduces the risk that users will delete data that they arent expecting
